🌱 Art LIVE - Jan 25

Hi friends,

It feels like the time for a little grounding and connection, so I thought I could host another Live for us. Our last one was really sweet.

Let’s meet up on Sunday, January 25 for about an hour, starting at 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern / 6pm British / 7pm Cent European. I’ll send the Google Meet link out in an email like this when the time gets closer.

I’ll be guiding us through a live check-in and an art meditation that I love, which will be familiar to those of you who’ve joined in before. It will be casual and restorative — I just love to see you all and spend some time together.

• Absolutely no familiarity with art-making is needed to take part - come as you are!

• To participate to the fullest, have at least 2 pieces of paper, a pen and at least 5-6 colors close by -- paints, highlighters, crayons, markers, anything will work. I’ll be using a large sketchbook, a sharpie and some paints (probably watercolor or acrylic).
